Meida takes brands from conception through to product and omnichannel execution, always with a global market in view. As VP of Accessories at Tommy Hilfiger she built and led the global accessories business after a license take-back, nearly tripling it within five years — turning a category that barely existed into a core growth driver. As SVP of Womenswear she led the global division through a full repositioning.


She is also a founder twice over — of Nite-Nite, a sleep-focused e-commerce brand, and Ruma Home & Living, a premium tableware line — which gives her a builder’s perspective alongside the operator’s. She holds an MBA from Nyenrode with Kellogg marketing modules.
