Mark has spent his career scaling and turning around multi-billion-dollar retail enterprises, from department-store institutions to high-growth specialty brands. As Group President of DTC and Branded Wholesale at Delta Galil, he ran a portfolio of owned and licensed global brands including Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Adidas. As President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Lord & Taylor, he led the strategic transformation of the iconic brand. His earlier 15 years at Macy's took him through senior merchandising and planning roles up to EVP level.

He engages directly as a CEO-level operator, taking on the strategic, merchandising and general-management challenges that retail businesses actually face. Whether the work is a repositioning, a merchandising overhaul, brand evolution or a commercial and operational intervention, Mark brings a depth of perspective grounded in decades of P&L ownership and omnichannel execution. He is equally at home inside legacy institutions and founder-led or PE-backed growth brands, pairing heritage retail fundamentals with the modern capabilities needed to sustain them.
