Katerina brings 25 years of leadership experience across management consulting, private equity and executive talent — spanning McKinsey & Company, SNH Capital Partners and Skill Capital, where she served as COO and Board Member, building deep expertise in executive search and talent advisory for private-equity portfolios. Her earlier career at McKinsey and SNH gave her a grounding in complex strategic problem-solving, investment-thesis development and operational transformation across multiple sectors — the combination of strategy, investment and people expertise that defines how she leads The Convened today.
