Joe rebuilds supply-chain and inventory models so they cost less and serve better — a balance most companies are told they can’t have. Across a career that includes VP-level global inventory leadership at Levi Strauss & Co., along with Gap, NetApp, PwC and Nabisco, he has delivered the kind of outcomes that show up directly in the P&L: a 20% lift in forecast accuracy that generated $40M in incremental annual revenue by bringing AI and ML into forecasting; a 2.5-point gross-margin improvement through JDA Planning & Allocation with localized sizing and pricing; a 3% cut in transportation cost via an o9 Control Tower; and a move to 98% fill rates while freeing up $8M in working capital through Vendor Managed Inventory.
He has led across merchandise, demand and supply planning, allocation, logistics, distribution and systems implementation — SAP, Oracle, JDA, o9 — and guest-lectures at Penn State, Georgetown and SF State.
