Javier runs the operational engine behind The Convened. His remit covers the brand's business operations, finance and platform mechanics — the structures that let a curated network of operators deploy cleanly into client engagements — alongside managing how The Convened connects to, and reinforces, Eunity Partners.

As Partner & COO across both brands, he also stays close to client work — supporting executive search and senior talent mandates at Eunity Partners, his practice focused across LATAM and Iberia. That dual vantage point — running the platform while engaging directly with clients — lets him curate The Convened's operator bench with a clear sense of the capability clients actually need.

Javier brings over 15 years of senior operating experience that informs both roles. Most notably, as VP of Supply Chain at Henkel, he oversaw €1 billion in LATAM operations across 60 production and warehouse sites — reversing backorder trends, lifting service levels, and cutting customer-compliance issues by over 70%. Earlier he led global supply-chain and operations consulting across Europe, the Americas, Asia and MEA. Certified in Project Management, Leadership, S&OP/IBP and Six Sigma, he pairs operational discipline with the commercial instincts that running a platform demands.
