Fernando builds and scales US brands across Asia, and he has done it the hard way — through controlled market entry, distributor buyouts and the move to direct ownership. As General Manager, Asia Pacific for Supreme (EssilorLuxottica) he led launch and expansion across China, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong, opening flagship stores and building digital routes to market. As SVP and Managing Director of Tumi Asia he shifted the regional business from a distributor-led model to a direct ownership in the key markets, and his earlier CFO roles at Coach gave him real depth in regional finance and governance.

He works comfortably with boards, private-equity owners and founders, and holds an MBA and BBA from Pace University.
