Glenn leads global client development and engagement across both brands — Eunity Partners and The Convened. His focus is the relationship side of the business: opening doors, deepening client partnerships, and matching what clients need to the right capability, whether that is an executive search mandate or a Convened operator engagement.


Where it adds value, Glenn brings his own operating experience directly to bear on client work. Drawing on decades in the C-Suite, he partners with leadership teams — particularly in private-equity-backed businesses — to sharpen commercial strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive EBITDA through disciplined execution, blending the clarity of a seasoned operator with the developmental mindset of a trusted advisor.


Glenn has held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo and Novartis, alongside C-Suite positions across private-equity-backed businesses in consumer goods, medical devices, packaging, printing and media. He has led turnarounds, integrated M&A deals, and built cross-functional Commercial Excellence platforms — a grounding in P&L leadership and margin optimisation that gives his client engagements across both brands unusual depth.
